Story.

Michael Dubienski and Viktoria Fazekas had been working together for over 4 years, with over 35 years of combined experience selling real estate. Their strength proves to be appealing to entirely different demographics - Baby Boomers and Millennials. Fifty percent of their clientele are hoping to retire and looking to downsize their homes, and the other are first-time home buyers. As the top five percent performing Realtors® in Winnipeg, the real estate duo team was looking to create a brand that would keep them top of mind in the Winnipeg market, to communicate their unique partnership strengths, and to continue to appeal and grow among Baby Boomers and Millennials, while showcasing their individual talents and strengths are Realtors®.

Our Approach.

It was critical for us to create a professional, classic, clean and crisp image for Michael and Viktoria. Beginning from the ground up, we advised on the creation of their brand name, right through to brand identity development. We provided creative direction and production of a brand photography session, creating Dubienski Fazekas Group with image assets that were consistent, original, on-brand and available for use across all digital platforms. Continuing to be inspired by classic lines and sophistication, we carried out this theme through design of their new, responsive website - including features like parallax scrolling and one-touch calling through mobile devices.

Story.

Golden Girl Finance is a national leader in providing financial content and information to women. Their contributors range from award-winning journalists, authors, financial experts to economists who came to us looking for a refresh of their existing digital media kit. It was key that their digital media kit communicated a vibrant, sophisticated, and bold look. 

Our approach.

We curated a diverse set of images to set the brand tone, and selected colours and typefaces to speak to a demographic of affluent women ages 35 and up. Working closely with our client's editorial team, we replaced and refreshed the existing gold colour system with fuchsia, pink and grey tones.

Love Every Leaf Landscape Design is a full service landscape design company in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The practice holistic gardening methods that take into consideration long term environmental affects. The core of their methods is based on including sustainable practices into their landscape design and work.

Our Approach.

We designed a website for Love Every Leaf that would communicates their holistic landscape design techniques, showcases services, and displays their vast knowledge of sustainable landscape design methods. We also created business email addresses, strengthened their digital presence, designed a social media logo, and set them up on Facebook and Google My Business. This small business is now truly ready to grow.
